Nice Day Family Day

Left mid morning to go up to Mukilteo. Bob, Sid and I got on the ferry and picked up Riley on Whidbey Island. Cool and cloudy, hard to believe that it was exactly one week ago today that we were in the lake all day cooling off from 112 degree heat!
After leaving Whidbey, we had lunch at Ivar's in Mukilteo, fish & chips, etc. then back down south. We stopped for some essential shopping and then home at last. Ri was treated to a great surprise when she arrived. Her Papa had gotten a new laptop and gave her his old one. It is great for her, goes on the internet so she can have her very own i-tunes, etc. She is happy!
I am doing well at work, hope it continues! Will head off to bed, long days ahead. Glad my baby is home.
