Returning to Civilization

The happy camper did show up. She was a grubby, tired kid. Glad to be home. Complained a bit about how and what we packed and is already planning what to take and not take next time. She took a tumble last night and is sporting some lovely bruises and scrapes on her left leg. She said that the teachers and other women at camp were on her immediately. They checked her out and made her pull her pants down to see her thigh. I was glad to hear that they were all attentive to her and she was nothing but embarrassed. They did it privately but she is mortified if anyone looks at her cross eyed. She was too tired to even go to the football game tonight. Tomorrow we will do all of her smokey, dirty laundry. Bob will work all day, he is pretty pooped out. Working lots of hours and leaving here at 3:00 am. I am actually looking forward to getting Riley unpacked and washing it all up nice. Then maybe watching some DVDs that have been here for a while that need to get back into the mail.
Sid's first home game was tonight. It was not that exciting. They beat the pants off of the other team and it was not that eventful. Did have fun tailgating. Met lots of lovely people and chatted with em. Bought some sweatshirts, etc. too.
I am sooo sleepy, will post more later.
