Girl Time

Wednesdays are minimum days for the girls. I had some shoes to return at the mall so we decided to shop and have dinner. Since dad is not home we can do that. It was chilly but otherwise fun. Outdoor malls are great for retailers. If it is really warm out you rush into every store for the air conditioning or if it's cold you seek out the heat. I would have hung out at Twiggy's tall and skinny store if they had the heat on. Early dinner and then home to do homework, showers, etc. Bob called and will be up north again next week but is planning to come home a couple of those nights. He will bring firewood home a couple of nights. We have a wood burning stove downstairs and am ready to use it. We had a stove in So Cal and used it tons. It has been cold enough to use it here.
Sid is almost ready to walk out the door, she has two quizzes today so lots on her mind. The cats are running up and down the hallway, fighting, pouncing and wrestling with one another. It sounds more like a buffalo stampede than two cats. When you are downstairs and they start their run you would swear that they would fall thru the ceiling. Crazy animals.
We found two Beatles books on sale yesterday at the book store. Riley has been offering up bits of Yoko, Ringo and Paul trivia to me this morning. It's too early in the morning for Yoko Ono trivia...
