The Right Kind of Weather

The right kind of weather can make all of the difference. It was a sunny warm day. One of those "Chamber of Commerce" kind of days. The temperature was perfect and the sun shone bright all day. Bob and I got some things planted, I did some weeding and cleaning up the patio. We did this in preparation for a nice BBQ. It was nice indeed. Good food, good music and good wine. Bob will be at work tomorrow and I will be a hairdresser tomorrow as well. Sid, Ri, Bob and I are all in need of something. It could be color or cut, but we are all rag-a-muffins. I am getting my haircut on Monday so I gotta get some color on the gray.
Days like today are a great diversion. Making you only concentrate on all that it good. Sure, annoying little things come up and reality will rear it's ugly head occasionally but how you handle it is different on a day like today.
I think I will finish this day off with some ice cream and my wonderful Tempurpedic.
